Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name and email, workspace and subscription information, authentication records, and the product events needed to operate and improve Lasso. When you use hosted AI or transcription features, the relevant prompt or audio request is sent to the provider required to deliver that feature.
Local project data
Lasso is designed to run alongside your local development environment. Your project files remain on your machine unless you explicitly use a feature that sends selected content to a connected service. Lasso does not sell your source code or personal information.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide workspaces and collaboration, process billing, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We retain information only for as long as it is needed for these purposes or required by law.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information. Contact support@lasso.byorello.space for privacy requests.
Updates
We may update this policy as Lasso evolves. We will publish the latest version on this page and update the effective date.
